On this page you'll find all important information and reminders relating to this year's exciting 4th & 5th Grade Trip to the historical St. Augustine, Florida. We're looking forward to creating once-in-a-lifetime memories with our students and parents as we explore the oldest city in the United States. As we finalize the itinerary and special trip details, we need to collect food orders for all attending students and parents.

TRIP DATES:
DAY ONE:  Wednesday, February 25, 2026

• 4:00 a.m:  All travelers meet at Highpoint (Parents and students should be dropped off at our Main Campus since parking is very limited.)
• 4:30 a.m:  Bus departs Highpoint's Main Campus. Travel time is approx. 4.5 hours (with short stops)
• 10:00 a.m.  Approximate arrival time in St. Augustine

DAY TWO:  Thursday, February 26, 2026

• 4:00 p.m:  Bus departs St. Augustine (dinner stop at approx. 6:00 p.m.)
• 10:00 p.m:  Approximate arrival time at Highpoint 

TRIP COST:

• $500.00 per person * ($1,000) for QUAD ROOMING (4 persons)  -or-
• $600.00 per person * ($1,200) for a PRIVATE ROOM (2 persons)  

TERMS:

• $500.00 non-refundable deposit due by no later than Wednesday, October 15th. (Sign the attached Agreement Form and include it with the $200 deposit check.)
• $250.00 non-refundable 2nd payment due by Monday, December 15th.
• $250.00 or $450.00 * non-refundable final payment due by Wednesday, January 28th.

* NOTE: The final payment may vary slightly depending on the total number of persons attending the trip.
