REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF IMPORTANT
INFORMATION, RULES & POLICIES
All students must have on file the following:
Forms and all student documentation must be received by NO LATER than Friday, August 9, 2024.
- Acknowledgment for "Information Manual for Parents & Students" (below)
- Acknowledgment of "School Policies & Procedures" (below)
- "2024 REQUIRED FORMS" (below)
- Birth Certificate
- Updated Immunization and Medical Records documents
- New Students: Students transferring from other schools must also have submitted their complete transcripts including all report cards, standardized test results, and any Psychological Educational Reports prior to the first day of school.
