Highpoint Academy, Inc., its owners, Directors, Operators and Employees will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or incidents occurring before, during or after any Extra-Curricular activity, program or class.  Other than the After-School HOMEWORK CLUB (not guaranteed), all payments for these optional classes are to be made directly to each independent Instructor.
