On this page you'll find all important information and reminders relating to this year's exciting 4th & 5th Grade Trip to the historical St. Augustine, Florida. We're looking forward to creating once-in-a-lifetime memories with our students and parents as we explore the oldest city in the United States. TRIP ITINERARY

TRIP DATES:
DAY ONE:  Monday, April 22, 2024

• 4:00 a.m:  All travelers meet at Highpoint (Parents and students should be dropped off at our Main Campus since parking is very limited.)
• 4:30 a.m:  Bus departs Highpoint's Main Campus. Travel time is approx. 4.5 hours (with short stops)
• 10:00 a.m.  Approximate arrival time in St. Augustine

DAY TWO:  Tuesday, April 23, 2024

• 4:00 p.m:  Bus departs St. Augustine (dinner stop at approx. 6:00 p.m.)
• 10:00 p.m:  Approximate arrival time at Highpoint 

TRIP COST:

• $470.00 per person * ($940) for QUAD ROOMING (4 persons)  -or-
• $520.00 per person * ($1,040) for a PRIVATE ROOM (2 persons)  

TERMS:

• $200.00 non-refundable deposit due by no later than Monday, October 9th. (Sign the attached Agreement Form and include it with the $200 deposit check.)
• $370.00 non-refundable 2nd payment due by Monday, November 27th.
• $370.00 or $470.00 * non-refundable final payment due by Monday, January 8th.

* NOTE: The final payment may vary slightly depending on the total number of persons attending the trip.

Please read, sign and return the Agreement Form posted below to confirm your child will be attending this year's St. Augustine Field Trip. This will be their only opportunity to participate in this trip with their class as we take it every two years; (4th & 5th Grades only).
