- Birth Certificate (for all Preschool thru Kindergarten students; 7th Grade students; NEW Students)
- Updated Immunization (for all Preschool thru Kindergarten students; 7th Grade students) and Medical Records documents
NOTE for NEW STUDENTS:
- New Students: Students transferring from other schools must also have submitted their complete transcripts including all report cards, standardized test results, and any Psychological Educational Reports prior to the first day of school.
Forms and all student documentation must be received
