Since we understand the importance of good communication between our parents and our Admins/Teachers, we utilize these various communication platforms:
HIGHPOINT FAMILIES WEBSITE: Our Admins post information daily on the HOME PAGE of this website which is designed to provide important information for our Highpoint Families, so please log on daily to stay informed.
CLASS WEBSITES: Teachers will post information, HW assignments, projects, announcements, and more on their own Class website.
HIGHPOINT APP: Download the FREE Highpoint App today! This is a one-stop-shop for all Highpoint related information, including easy access to all links, and Parent reporting of Absences and Tardies.
WHATSAPP "PTO CHAT" GROUPS:Each parent will be part of the WhatsApp CHAT GROUP created specifically for their child's grade. Highpoint Administrators will regular post HIGHPOINT NEWS, HIGHPOINT REMINDERS, or HIGHPOINT NOTICE on these chats.
PTO CLASS REPS: The 2025-2026 "PTO CLASS REPS" will be elected after classes resume. The Reps will serve as the liaisons between the school and the Parents.
SCHOOL TEXTS and EMAILS: Our Admin Team communicates information via school-wide text blasts and emails if necessary.
CLASS DOJO:On this online platform, our teachers send messages, share photos/videos, send updates, reminders and more!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS All REQUIRED FORMS from Parents are DUE Friday, August 1st.
All students entering 1st thru 8th Grade are required to complete a "Summer Review" Assignment" due by the first day of school. For more information about these assignments, please click the "2025 SUMMER ASSIGNMENTS" button below, or click the tab in the menu bar above, to access the parent memo and any resources containing all Guided Reading Questions and math assignment details organized by each grade level.

Toddlers thru 8th Grade To better assist our students in learning organization skills, to make it easier for Teachers and Parents to see what books each student is carrying, as well as for safety reasons, only CLEAR book bags will be allowed again for ALL Toddlers thru 8th Grade students. Students can pick any color trim or style, but the actual book bag must be completely clear.Many options are available on Amazon.com.
To encourage creativity, book bags can be customized with the child's name and age appropriate themed vinyl decals on the front pockets. One of our PTO moms will be offering personalization options; (see flyer below).
SCHOOL UNIFORMS & GROOMING POLICIES INFORMATION

TECHNOLOGY, iPAD and CELL PHONE USE POLICIES Please click on button below to read all about our technology policies. These policies must be maintained year-round both at school and at home. Students not abiding by our policies will face consequences indicated therein. It is extremely important for all our parents to monitor closely their child's use of electronic devices and social media at all times.
