​"Back-to-School" Information
Our mandatory "PARENT ORIENTATION NIGHT" is this Tuesday, August 15th.  (This Orientation is for Moms & Dads only. Due to limited capacity, students or other family members are not allowed to attend.)

​AGENDA:
Administration Welcome and Introductions of Faculty and PTO Board (at the Cafeteria) followed by Teacher Presentations; (inside the classrooms or Tiki Hut.)
  • 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. - Toddlers, Jr. Pre-K, VPK, and Kindergarten
  • 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. - 1st thru 4th Grades
  • 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. - 5th thru 8th Grades
Parents need to proceed directly to our Cafeteria for Welcome and Introductions.  Teachers will then guide them to either the Tiki Hut or the Classrooms. Since parking is limited, please exit the Campus as soon as the 15-minute session with Teacher is over.

SUMMER REVIEW INFORMATION

​All students entering 1st thru 8th Grade are required to complete a "Summer Review" Assignment" due by the first day of school.  For more information about these assignments, please click the "2023 SUMMER REVIEW"  tab above to access the parent memos and resources containing all Guided Reading Questions and math assignment details organized by grade level.

LUNCH PROGRAM

GREAT NEWS for K-8 Students!
After much research and reference checking, we have contracted "SCHOOL EATERY" to provide our K-8 students with healthy daily lunch options this school year! 
​During the week of July 23rd, we will be posting on our LUNCH PROGRAM page of this website detailed information regarding our new lunch program and our 2023-2024 Lunch Policies. School Eatery will also be sending all K-8 Parents an email with flyer and registration information.
BOOKBAGS for 2023-2024
Toddlers thru 8th Grade
​To better assist our students in learning organization skills, to make it easier for Teachers and Parents to see what books each student are carrying, and for safety reasons, only CLEAR bookbags will be allowed this year for all students from Toddlers thru 8th Grade. Students can pick any color trim or style, but the actual book bag must be completely clear. Many options are available on Amazon.com. 

To encourage creativity, book bags can be customized with the child's name and age appropriate themed vinyl decals on the front pockets. One of our PTO moms will be offering personalization options (see flyer below).
SCHOOL UNIFORM INFORMATION
Uniform Pants (optional)
​for Middle School Girls.
Once again, Middle School girls will be allowed to wear uniform khaki pants with paw logo all yearlong, not just during the winter months. 

IMPORTANT! Only uniform pants from Ibiley Uniforms will be permitted. Any other pant will be considered "out of uniform" attire, and the student will be sent home.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION K-8
​"TENNIS SHOE" REQUIREMENTS
For the fall of 2023, all students must wear "athletic running tennis shoes" for their Physical Education classes. These must be solid black with only white accents permitted. Please see the sample picture below.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
